Nicola Frampton is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Domino’s, whom she joined in April 2021 having previously worked for William Hill most recently as their MD UK Retail (2015 to 2021) and prior to that, worked with a number of professional services organisations, with the majority of that time with Deloitte. Nicola is also NED and Remco chair at Frasers Group plc, a role she has had since October 2018

The ex-police officer is also a trustee board member of the National Horse Racing College and Changing Stars Malawi. Away from work she’ll be found watching Formula One or spending time in her garden.

As a school leaver at 16, a stint at West Yorkshire Police followed. Transferring the skills learned in the police began the path to where she is today: from internal auditing, to risk management, to corporate governance and assurance working across a range of industry sectors from manufacturing to financial services and ultimately to retailing during her time at Deloitte.

Joining William Hill as a corporate risk director saw her fast tracked to the role of UK managing director for their retail division, during which she saw oversaw significant industry and economic changes, leading a number of restructuring and cost optimisation initiatives

As COO of Domino’s and non-executive director of Frasers Group, Nicola is able utilise her extensive retail experience being extremely passionate about the retail sector.

At home, Nicola is mum to a 20 year old son who is currently studying Product Design at Sheffield Hallam University (currently in his internship year). Nicola is married, lives in York and is a Yorkshire lass born and bred. She loves gardening, fast cars and the F1 but mostly because of Lewis Hamilton.
