Phoebe joined Aviva in January 2022 as the Group Brand Director at Aviva, and is responsible for Aviva’s brand, brand advertising and sponsorship. Before joining Aviva, Phoebe was at Barclays for eight years as Group Brand Director, responsible for the Barclays and Barclaycard brands. Prior to Barclays,

Phoebe spent ten years at American Express in a succession of brand, marketing and strategy roles, in her native Sydney, Australia; in New York and in London. Her early career was spent in a marketing and sponsorship agency, working on the Visa International account and the iconic Rugby World Cup. Phoebe sits on the Norwich Business School Advisory Board and volunteers as a motivational speaker with Speakers for Schools. She now calls London home, where she lives with her husband and two children.
