Becky is a talent acquisition specialist with over 25 years' experience, excelling in devising sustainable talent strategies for globally renowned brands across sectors such as technology, banking and transport. Firmly believing that talent acquisition is pivotal for any successful organisation, her philosophy has been shaped by her own challenging life experiences. Originating from a humble background and having attended a disadvantaged school in inner-city Bristol, Becky attributes her resilience and determination to her early years. By the age of 23, she had already held more than 18 jobs, showcasing her strong work ethic and commitment to financial independence.

She currently heads up recruitment at EY, one of the UK's largest employers of students, and has played a key role in securing numerous awards for the firm in diversity and social mobility.
